HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
We understand that hiring a design company may be intimidating and you may not fully understand the process. Below briefly outlines Curved Theory's design process so that you, as a client, can go into this partnership with a full understanding. Payment schedules will vary depending on the project.
Onboarding
After you fill out our intake form, it’s introductions time! We’ll chat about your project so we can really get your business and figure out which services will make the most sense.
We ask for a non-refundable deposit (amount depends on your project) before we dive in. Once that’s in, your project officially goes on the Curved Theory calendar, and we get to start making magic.
We’re pumped to work with you and can’t wait to see what we create together!
Design Strategy &
Visual Direction
We dive into what makes your brand, business, or project tick and figure out how to translate that into a clear, cohesive visual plan. From logos to websites, graphics, or illustrations, we help define the look, feel, and vibe so everything works together—and actually connects with your audience. Smart, thoughtful design that gets results without overcomplicating things.
Let's Get Creative
Now it’s time to take all those ideas and actually make them happen! Once we’ve worked our magic and your design is ready, we’ll send over a proof for you to check out. Take a good look, because this is where the revision rounds kick in (we’ve got a set number included—after that, any extras follow your project scope).
Once all revisions are wrapped and your design is locked in, we’ll move on to any add-ons you’ve got listed in your project. Depending on the service you picked, another portion of your total may be due at this time.
It's Time to Launch!
Your project is officially wrapped and it’s time to bundle up all your approved designs and get them over to you! We’ll hook you up with all the formats and colors you need, depending on what’s in your project.
At this point, the rest of your total is due before you get your final package.
Then comes the fun part—showing your designs off to the world!
