HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
We understand that hiring a design company may be intimidating and you may not fully understand the process. Below briefly outlines Curved Theory's design process so that you, as a client, can go into this partnership with a full understanding. Payment schedules will vary depending on the project.
Onboarding
First, introductions! Then we will discuss the details of your projects and you'll fill out a quick intake form, that will give me a better idea of your business and what services you are looking for.
A proposal of design services and an invoice will be sent to you for you to sign and complete. A 25% non-refundable deposit (of your total amount) is required to be paid before the start of your project. Once completed, your project will offically be on Curved Theory's schedule! We are so excited to work with you!
Design Strategy &
Visual Direction
This is where we dive a little deeper into the goals of your project. This is specifically for more complex projects, such as branding, web design, and illustrations. Depending on the style project you are looking for, we will go through one of Curved Theory's questionnaires, which will give us a deeper understanding of your project (ie: business's visions, core values, brand voice, and your target audience.)
Let's Get Creative
Now it's time to take all of these ideas and turn them into reality! Once we work our magic and your design is complete, we will send you a proof of your design to review. Take some time to review! From here, our revision rounds will begin, if revisions are required. After all revisions are made and your final design is complete, any additional add-ons that are listed on your project's scope (if applicable) will begin at this time. 50% of your remaining total is due 1 month into the project (depending on what service you have selected.)
It's Time to Launch!
You're project is officaly complete and it's time to package up all your approved designs to send to you! We will provide a variety of formats and colors for you to use depending on your selected project.
The remainder of your total will be due at this time, prior to recieving your final package set.
Once completed, it's time to show your designs off to the world! It's time to STAND OUT!
